What is a buying agent?
A buying agent is a company that purchases items from Chinese marketplaces like Taobao, Weidian and 1688 on your behalf, stores them in a local warehouse, then ships them to you internationally. They also provide QC photos so you can check items before shipping.
Is buying from China with an agent safe?
It can be very safe when you use a vetted agent, request QC photos, and use tracked shipping. We recommend comparing agents on our Agents page and always checking QC photos before you approve an item.
How do the referral links work?
